Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about exploring the mind-body connection and supporting people in reconnecting with their intuition and emotional experience. I’m continually inspired by the body’s wisdom, of how it develops strategies to help us manage pain; and by the ways we can foster enough safety to restore balance, peace, and calm within.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is guided by compassion and curiosity. I take a de-shaming, trauma-informed perspective that honors the creativity of the nervous system and the ways it has worked to protect you. Together, we’ll gently explore these patterns and cultivate enough safety in your body and mind to face experiences that have felt overwhelming or stuck. I believe in slowing down and becoming aware of how the past continues to shape the present, so you can begin to live with more choice and freedom. Using EMDR, we’ll work through painful memories so they can truly rest in the past.

What you can expect from me

My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard. We’ll begin by exploring what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll take time to learn about your story at a pace that feels comfortable for you, there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. Together, we’ll begin to notice how your body and mind respond to stress and safety, and start laying the groundwork for building trust and stability in our sessions. My goal is for you to leave feeling grounded and hopeful about the path ahead.
