Great to meet you!

I graduated from Arizona State University in 2023 with my Master's degree in Social Work. I enjoy helping people explore their personal identity, cope with stress, and heal from trauma. I am creative, empathetic, and an attentive listener!

My approach to therapy

I value my clients' preferences and needs, providing a space for them to process what is going on in their lives. After engaging in therapy, clients often have an increased understanding of themselves, improved relationships, and the ability to be more present. I use a variety of treatment modalities, tailoring specific interventions based on what works best for my clients.

What you can expect from me

During their first session, clients can expect to provide me with information about their lives, including what they'd like to gain from therapy. Clients will also learn more about my clinical approach, and we will develop a plan together to address their mental health concerns.
