I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of individuals, from toddlers to early adults, in settings such as schools and foster care. I am particularly passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate transitional stages in their lives, whether they are managing school stressors, facing relational changes, processing their childhood experiences, or simply figuring out their next steps. My goal is to provide compassionate guidance and empower each person to thrive during these pivotal moments
My approach to therapy is strengths-based, drawing on the resilience and personal strengths that each individual possesses. I utilize this perspective to help clients pivot forward toward the goals we collaboratively set, empowering them to build on their unique abilities and achieve meaningful growth.
The first session is a relaxed opportunity for us to get to know each other. While I’ll ask questions to learn more about you, I also encourage you to consider whether I’m the right fit for your needs. There is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, so my goal is to ensure that we can work well together and move forward in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for you.
