Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Alyssa and I am a licensed clinical social worker and geriatric mental health therapist who is passionate about helping older adults and caregivers navigate life and its challenges. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, cultural issues, and life transitions. My goal is to provide compassionate care that will help you feel supported, seen, and heard.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is holistic taking a deeper look at mind, body, and life experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together we will build a coping skills toolbox to help with healing and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is our chance to get to know one another to start building rapport. We will discuss what has brought you to therapy, if you've ever had therapy before, your goals, and any concerns you may have. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your life experiences, challenges, and wins.
