Great to meet you!

I believe that choosing to begin therapy or continuing your healing journey is one of the greatest acts of strength. In a world that often feels chaotic, confusing, and overwhelmingly busy, it can be difficult to slow down long enough to truly check in with ourselves. My work centers on creating a safe, grounded space where you can do exactly that. I specialize in helping clients identify, explore, and process their emotions in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. Many people carry experiences from the past that continue to shape how they feel, relate, and move through the world. Together, we gently explore these experiences at a pace that feels safe, while also encouraging growth.

My approach to therapy

I meet my clients where they are at and make sure that we take time to process and feel our emotions and also celebrating our growth and courage. Healing doesn’t happen through force; it happens through safety, self-compassion, and intentional reflection. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or working to process past trauma, I am here to walk alongside you as you build clarity, resilience, and emotional confidence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is where we will get to know what is bringing you to therapy, some of your background, your treatment goals, what progress looks like to you, and a place for you to ask any questions you may have for me!
