Great to meet you!

I specialize in the treatment of trauma and recovery from narcissistic abuse. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, and I am certified in Trauma Therapy through the 2-year post-graduate clinical training program from The Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy in NYC. Before becoming a psychotherapist, my background was in the Fine Arts. I encourage clients to explore their own creativity, especially as the lens through which we process the world and create meaning.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is psychodynamic and humanistic, meaning that through a place of kindness and non-judgment we will examine the unconscious forces that create patterns of behavior and emotion. We will explore your personal narrative within the context of time and place, family and culture, actions and reactions, to cultivate your well-being and self-knowledge.

What you can expect from our first session

The therapeutic process is a collaboration, where you are in control of what we explore, and my role is to create a safe space in which to deepen that exploration. Together, we will build trust, unpack your story, and process trauma to heal and move forward.
