Great to meet you!

If you find yourself wondering, "Why do I keep ending up in the same relationships?" or "Why do we keep having the same argument over and over?"—you're not alone. Whether you're navigating dating, marriage, a breakup, or relationship anxiety, our relationship patterns often have deeper roots than we realize. Together, we'll explore not only what's happening in your relationships, but why it's happening, so you can create healthier, more secure, and more fulfilling connections.

I specialize in working with women, young adults, and teens experiencing relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and attachment wounds. Whether you're struggling with people-pleasing, fear of abandonment, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling stuck in cycles that no longer serve you, therapy can help you better understand yourself and move toward lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational. I integrate Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic techniques, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients gain insight while also creating meaningful, sustainable change. I believe healing happens not only through understanding our stories, but through learning to reconnect with ourselves—our bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom.

In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). I often incorporate mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and body-based practices into therapy to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and resilient. I believe that true healing involves both the mind and the body.

What you can expect from me

Starting anything—especially therapy—can feel vulnerable! I’m here to help you navigate whatever you’re facing in a warm, compassionate, and direct manner, so you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
