Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of experience helping people get unstuck. I specialize in relationships, addiction (including sex and porn addiction), trauma, and the deeply ingrained patterns that quietly make life harder. I'm also a Certified Couples & Sex Therapist candidate, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist candidate, and Certified Trauma Therapist.

Therapy with me won't feel stiff or scripted. I bring both professional expertise and real human connection to every session, so you can say the messy, uncomfortable, or half-formed thing without worrying about how it lands. I'll meet you honestly, challenge what isn't working, and help you build a life that actually feels like yours.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, change oriented and conversational at its core. I draw primarily on attachment work, IFS, and somatic therapy to help you understand not just what's happening, but why and what to do about it. For those navigating addiction, I weave in specialized approaches that address the deeper emotional drivers, not just the behavior itself.

I work with both individuals and couples, helping partners break out of painful cycles and build relationships grounded in real understanding and connection.

Working with me feels less like a clinical appointment and more like having someone genuinely in your corner, someone who brings real structure and expertise without making you feel like a case to be solved. We'll get to what's really going on, make sense of the patterns holding you back, and build strategies that fit your actual life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what brought you here, what you're hoping to shift, and what's been getting in the way. I won't make you perform or pretend you're fine. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and like you've found someone who gets it.

Over time, clients often develop greater self awareness, emotional resilience, and clarity about their needs and values. You'll leave sessions feeling more grounded and empowered with concrete skills to navigate challenges and make real changes in your life. I believe healing happens when you have space to be honest, tools that actually work, and support that doesn't waver.
