Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that everyone deserves a space to feel truly seen and heard. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity and self-worth, trauma, and more. Having witnessed the impact mental health support can have, I am passionate about this work and would be honored to be part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, collaborative approach — drawing on CBT and other tools to help you explore the patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and move toward a life that feels more intentional and aligned. The greatest lesson I've learned is to approach both life and my clients with curiosity and without assumption, getting to know you as a whole person with a unique story and lived experiences. My role is to walk alongside you as a guide and a mirror, helping you move toward deeper self-understanding and lasting empowerment.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is dedicated to getting to know you in a warm, no pressure environment. I will take time to understand what brings you in, what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and what has or hasn't worked for you before. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling comfortable, understood, and good about the space we are creating together.
