Great to meet you!

Welcome to the start of your healing journey! I am a Telehealth therapist for Ohio and Pennsylvania clients. I work with my clients to navigate and overcome life's many challenges and to process the emotions that come with them. I have worked with most age groups and have experience treating anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, trauma, mood disorders and ADHD.

Outside of my work as a therapist I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughter and dog. My favorite TV shows are The Office and Friends! I love to cook, read and spend time outside. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the therapeutic process and I work hard to connect with my clients.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered approach to allow clients the space to explore their strengths, reach their goals while feeling supported and validated. I believe that we are doing the best we can with what we have. I strive to provide a warm and nonjudgmental space for exploration, often utilizing humor and spontaneity in my collaborations with clients.

Other therapeutic approaches I use include play, CBT, Mindfulness/Meditative practices, Narrative, and Solution-Focused interventions. I believe in meeting clients where they are on their journey.

What you can expect from me

I spend the first session getting to know you on a personal level and getting an idea of what concerns are bringing you to therapy. I also make sure to answer any questions you may have about myself and the therapy process. I move at whatever speed you are comfortable with!
