Great to meet you!

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or exhausted from trying to handle everything on their own. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship stress, or difficult past experiences and are looking for a space where they can be real without fear of judgment.

I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where you can feel understood and accepted as you are. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can begin building confidence, emotional balance, and healthier patterns in a way that feels genuine and manageable.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and real. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself while also being supported in making meaningful change. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship patterns, and trauma-related concerns.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand their patterns, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. I also believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I work to meet each client where they are and tailor the process to their needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what has been feeling difficult lately, any relevant background, and what you hope to get out of the process.

You do not need to share everything right away. I understand that trust takes time, and I want the first session to feel comfortable, supportive, and free of pressure. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you feel at ease, and begin building a foundation for the work we’ll do together.
