Great to meet you!

I want you to know that you do not have to have it all together before starting therapy. So many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of where to even begin. My hope is to create a space where you can exhale, feel seen, and be honest about what you have been carrying.

I show up with warmth, curiosity, and care. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as we make sense of your experiences, your patterns, your relationships, and the parts of you that may need more support, compassion, or healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and healing-centered. I do not believe therapy is about “fixing” you. I believe it is about helping you reconnect with yourself, understand what you need, and build tools that support the life you are trying to create.

In our work together, we may explore stress, anxiety, identity, motherhood, relationships, boundaries, career pressure, self-doubt, past experiences, or the expectations you have been carrying for a long time. I will ask thoughtful questions, offer reflections, and support you in noticing patterns with compassion instead of judgment. My style is warm and empowering, while still helping you gently challenge the thoughts, habits, and stories that may no longer be serving you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we begin with what feels most important for you. You do not have to know exactly what to say or where to start. We will take our time.

I will ask questions to better understand what brought you to therapy, what has been feeling heavy, and what you are hoping will feel different. We may talk about your current stressors, your support system, your background, and the goals you want to move toward. More than anything, the first session is about helping you feel comfortable, heard, and clear about how therapy can support you.
