Great to meet you!

Hi name is Alyssa, I have been a therapist for 8 years now. I enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families with psychoeducation and the ability to live the best life you can by adapting the skills provided in my services. I thrive at providing a non-judgmental and safe environment to engage in allowing yourself the ability to work on strengthening yourself. I have been practicing in many different levels of clients, such as children aged 0-5, blended families, and couples.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy using attachment-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will expect to leave with tools learned from the session to use in their future encounters as well as a task to work on each week to improve the skills we are working on.

I am not a great fit if you are looking for FMLA forms to be filled out by me or for an emotional support pet and a housing letter to allow your pets to reside at your apartment. Those are things I will not be able to support clients with.
