Great to meet you!

Making sense of your thoughts and behaviors while managing daily stress can be daunting task. I can help organize thought patterns and assist in the development of healthy strategies to live a better tomorrow.

I have had success in treating preteens, teens and adults with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and other mental health issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is client centered and combines cognitive behavioral techniques along with the Nurtured Heart Approach which will help improve relationships with the people in your life and most of all yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session may feel more like an interview then an actual therapy session in order to gain insight into your background and develop a treatment plan that will help guide our conversations together. CBT usually takes 6-8 weeks to feel relief from anxiety and depressive symptoms. I am consistent and will support you along the way.
