Great to meet you!

I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in psychology as well as Southeastern University where I obtained my Master of Social Work degree. While in school, I worked in a number of settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and homeless shelters.I specialize in working with young adults experiencing anxiety, as well as helping to navigate tough life transitions. I am incredibly passionate about seeing the changes and progress my clients make each and every day!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and truly believe that therapy is most effective when your unique needs, strengths, and interests are put first. I strive to make my approach relaxed, comforting, friendly, and, most importantly, nonjudgmental.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, we will collaborate and come up with the most useful and effective tools that will help you feel better equipped to handle all of life’s challenges. We will work as a team, and I will be with you every step of the way, supporting you as you achieve your goals.
