Great to meet you!

"Hi, I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience in community mental health. I earned my MSW in 2014 and have worked with a variety of populations, helping clients navigate anxiety, burnout, and life’s challenges. I specialize in working with anxious overachievers, people-pleasers, and perfectionists who struggle to slow down without guilt. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and stuck in the cycle of overdoing, you’re not alone—I’m here to support you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are—no pressure to have it all figured out. My approach is mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and rooted in self-compassion, helping clients move beyond anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism. Together, we’ll work on nervous system regulation, reframing unhelpful thought patterns, and setting boundaries without guilt so you can break free from over-functioning and finally feel at ease in your own life. Therapy with me is a mix of warm validation and gentle challenges—because real healing happens when we feel both supported and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling seen, validated, and equipped with practical tools to navigate anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism. Sessions are a mix of self-compassion, gentle challenges, and actionable strategies to help you break free from over-functioning and overthinking. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your nervous system, tools for boundary-setting without guilt, and permission to rest without feeling like you have to earn it. My goal is to help you unlearn toxic productivity patterns, build self-trust, and create a life that feels more balanced, peaceful, and authentic to you.
