Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Alyssa, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who works with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, and life transitions. I have experience at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) supporting medically complex children and adolescents, which has shaped my compassionate and collaborative approach to care. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and understood.

My approach to therapy

I take a supportive, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental approach to care. I want clients to feel comfortable being honest about what’s going on while we work together on a treatment plan that feels realistic and personalized. I focus on thoughtful medication management and helping clients better understand their mental health in a way that feels approachable and supportive.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know you and what’s been going on. We’ll talk through your symptoms, stressors, goals, and any questions you have about treatment so we can figure out the best next steps together. We can set up a free 30-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
