Great to meet you!

I am a clinically licensed therapist who works with teens and adults. I support clients who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional regulation, relationship stress, life transitions, and self esteem concerns. I aim to create a space that feels warm, genuine, and safe. I believe therapy does not have to feel intimidating to be effective, and I often use appropriate humor to help clients feel more comfortable while doing meaningful work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I focus on helping clients better understand their emotions while also learning tools they can use in everyday life. I use evidence based approaches such as CBT and skills based strategies, and I tailor therapy to each client’s goals and pace. I believe therapy works best when clients feel supported, understood, and able to show up as themselves.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. It is a low pressure conversation where we talk about your concerns, your goals, and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more comfortable moving forward.
