Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel alone, lonely, confused, or overwhelmed by emotions you cannot quite name or manage? Complex feelings can hijack daily life and leave you feeling defeated. Sometimes we were never taught adaptive coping skills, which makes it even harder to handle stress, relationships, and the pressure to appear okay on the outside.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship struggles, body image concerns, friendship/relationship dynamics, family stress and more!

I am EMDR certified and also pursuing certification in animal-assisted therapy. Whether you are processing trauma, building emotional awareness, or learning new ways to cope, my hope is to create a space where trust, acceptance, and healing feel possible. I believe in a genuine, collaborative relationship with my clients and value the courage it takes to open up.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I will help you identify patterns, understand how emotions shape behavior, and develop adaptive coping skills that make life feel more manageable. Using EMDR, mindfulness, and supportive processing, we work together to reduce emotional overwhelm and shift long-standing patterns that are no longer serving you.

I believe change starts with safety, trust, and the freedom to show up as you are. You do not have to navigate stress, anxiety, or trauma alone. Therapy is a place where you can begin to breathe again, reconnect with yourself, and experience growth at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for you to share what feels comfortable while I learn more about who you are, what brings you here, and what support would be most helpful. We will explore your current stressors, emotional patterns, and goals, then begin identifying tools you can start using right away to make life feel a little easier. I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the steps ahead.

A little about me I am a huge animal lover and spend much of my free time outdoors—walking and hiking in the mountains, riding my bike, or spending time with family. I share my life with a Cocker Spaniel, a German Shepherd–Malamute mix, and a Frenchie who bring so much joy and grounding to my days. Nature, animals, and connection inspire much of my work and my belief in the possibility of healing.

If you are ready to explore therapy, even if you are unsure where to start, reaching out is already a sign of your strength. I would love to connect with you and see if we are a fit.
