Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m the founder of Peaceful Connections Counseling & Consulting Services, where I help individuals and couples navigate life’s transitions, reconnect with themselves, and create more meaningful, fulfilling relationships.

My professional background includes mental health counseling, rehabilitation counseling, and supporting individuals through significant life changes. I have a special interest in working with high-achieving individuals who may appear to have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about who they are becoming.

I enjoy helping clients explore themes such as anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, self-worth, identity, boundaries, and personal growth. I believe that even the most challenging seasons of life can become opportunities for deeper self-understanding and transformation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in the belief that you don’t have to lose yourself to become the person you’re meant to be. Therapy is a space where you can slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and begin creating a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and growth-oriented. I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to explore the parts of ourselves we have learned to hide, ignore, or put aside to meet the expectations of others.

I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a holistic understanding of the mind, body, relationships, and life experiences. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and coping strategies that may be keeping you feeling stuck, while developing practical tools to help you move forward.

I often work with clients who are navigating identity shifts, perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. My style balances gentle reflection with meaningful challenge, helping you recognize your strengths while making space for growth and change.

Think of therapy as a process of returning to yourself. We may explore the roots of old patterns, make sense of the season of life you're in, and identify what needs to shift so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention! :)

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. There is no expectation that you have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin.

Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and what meaningful progress might look like for you. Whether you're seeking relief from anxiety, navigating a relationship challenge, working through a major life transition, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, we'll begin building a path that reflects your unique needs.

My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling that you've entered a space where you can be authentic, explore difficult emotions without judgment, and begin moving toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
