Great to meet you!

I have been working in mental health since 2018 after graduating with my Masters in Social Work from VCU. I have experience in community mental health and private practice. I have a genuine desire to help people in dealing with all life’s stressors and developing healthy coping skills to help manage symptoms. Outside of therapy sessions, I enjoy spending time with my family and relaxing with binge worthy tv shows.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to individualize each session to client needs. I primarily focus on techniques that are based on Humanistic therapy which focuses on strengths and becoming your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment so we can discuss concerns, symptoms, goals, and relevant history. My focus is on building trust, understanding each client’s unique needs, and working together to address concerns that arise.
