Great to meet you!

Many adults who look successful on the outside quietly carry a lot on the inside—feeling overwhelmed, scattered, burned out, or unsure of their next steps. You might be dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, significant life transitions, or increasing professional pressure, and looking for perspective, direction, and real tools for change. I'm a licensed psychologist providing psychotherapy. I specialize in working with adults who operate in high-responsibility roles, including professionals who are expected to manage decision-making, emotional control, and accountability without visible strain.

I completed postdoctoral training in military psychology and served for six years as an active-duty Navy psychologist. I provided compassionate care to service members with diverse mental health concerns and now offer the same client-centered support in private practice. This unique experience shaped my clinical perspective and deepened my understanding of responsibility, ethical strain, and resilience in complex systems.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and evidence-based, tailored to your goals and life context. We explore patterns in how you think, feel, and relate to others, identifying beliefs and experiences that contribute to distress. Therapy is collaborative, combining insight and practical strategies to support meaningful change, shift unhelpful patterns, and build more satisfying connections.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused, collaborative, and orienting. We'll clarify what's bringing you in, how symptoms or strain are affecting your functioning, and what feels most urgent to address. I'll ask direct, targeted questions to help organize what's been happening and begin identifying patterns and priorities. By the end of the session, you can expect more perspective and a shared sense of next steps.
