Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth care to adults throughout Florida, with a strong background and passion for health and wellness. I believe mental health is an important part of overall wellness, and I enjoy working with adults who want to feel better, function better, and get more out of their everyday lives.

My practice is especially well suited for busy adults and professionals who are balancing careers, families, relationships, and the demands of daily life, but may be struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, sleep, focus, motivation, or simply not feeling like themselves.

My approach to therapy

I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management while also looking at the bigger picture. Sleep, nutrition, physical activity, stress, physical health, routines, and lifestyle can all influence how we feel, so I consider these alongside your symptoms when we build a plan together. Our visits also include brief supportive conversation, so you have space to talk through what's going on, not just your medications.

My style is approachable, collaborative, and practical. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and being involved in your care. My goal is not simply to treat symptoms, but to help you feel more like yourself and support your mental health and overall wellness.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, your current symptoms, your mental and physical health history, and any past treatment or medications. We'll also talk about your daily life, including sleep, stress, routines, work, and relationships, so I can understand the full picture.

Just as importantly, I want to hear what you'd like to improve and what feeling your best actually looks like for you. By the end of the visit, we'll discuss my impressions and work together on next steps, which may include medication options, lifestyle strategies, or other recommendations. You're always welcome to ask questions along the way.

Please note that I do not prescribe benzodiazepines, such as Xanax, Ativan, or Klonopin, or sedative sleep medications such as Ambien (zolpidem). My practice is designed for routine, lower-acuity outpatient care and is not appropriate for individuals experiencing active suicidal thoughts or plans, an acute mental health crisis, or symptoms requiring emergency or a higher level of psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, please call 911 or call or text 988.
