Great to meet you!

I am experienced in addressing eating disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma. I have assisted those with substance use challenges, and people simply ready to make some changes. I am a supportive, compassionate counselor and am ready to process your thoughts and feelings with you, to help you live the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

I help clients process stressors, trauma, grief, and handle various mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I assist clients with addressing a lack of motivation, low self-esteem, and building confidence. I work with my clients to focus on their needs, values, and goals. It can be challenging to take the next step in building a more fulfilling and happier life, and I am here to support my clients through each step of the journey.

What you can expect from me

Life can be very difficult at times, and people often need more support. Professional support and insight can be particularly helpful for those that are challenged with making effective changes. I would love to be the person that you trust to turn to in your time of need. Please reach out and see if we can be a good fit to work together!
