Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping adults navigate mood disorders, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and trauma. If you feel overwhelmed by your emotions, stuck in patterns that are hard to change, or unsure how to make sense of what you’re experiencing, therapy can help. With specialized training and certificates in eating disorders and trauma, I provide a welcoming space to understand what’s happening, build coping skills, and move toward feeling more grounded and in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, warm, and direct. I use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducation to help you understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We’ll work at a pace that respects your readiness while building practical skills to manage symptoms and support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to feel comfortable and understood while we clarify what brought you to therapy and what you want to change. I’ll ask about your concerns, goals, and experiences, while giving you space to share what feels right. Together, we’ll identify priorities and create a clear starting point for treatment.
