Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Alyssa! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship challenges, depression, and substance use. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood, so building a strong therapeutic relationship is always my first priority. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Every client is different, so I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I combine evidence-based therapies like ACT, ERP, CBT, and DBT with honest conversations, practical tools, and a collaborative style. I'm engaged and active in session, helping you understand the patterns keeping you stuck while building skills that create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what's been most difficult lately, and what you hope will be different. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer idea of where we're headed together.
