Great to meet you!

My name is Alyssa Twigg, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions. I also have a special passion for working with women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and the many changes that come along with these stages of life.

My approach to therapy

Using a strengths-based, client-centered approach, we’ll work together to better understand what you’re going through, build practical ways to cope, and create meaningful changes that actually fit your life. My goal is for you to feel comfortable being yourself while also feeling supported and challenged as you move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of it. Together we will identify goals and create a plan that feels realistic and comfortable to you.
