Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Alyssa and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have 5+ years of experience in the field and specialize in working with adolescents/teens, adults, and elder adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, emotion dysregulation, interpersonal issues, substance use and more. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, and CBT but use a variety of different approaches in treatment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrated-approach to help build a strong therapeutic relationship along with using evidence-based treatments (EMDR, DBT, and CBT) to meet each client's unique needs.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to create a welcoming, safe, and comfortable atmosphere to get to know each other and talk about your life experiences. We will work collaboratively to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. My hope is to empower you on your journey towards stability and inner peace with a focus on the therapeutic relationship, evidence-based treatments, and creating a compassionate, accepting and safe environment for you to thrive and build lasting resilience.
