Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical psychologist who believes that therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself, feel genuinely heard, and talk openly about what’s going on in your life without judgment. I’ve spent my career working with adults from many different backgrounds who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, health concerns, and major life changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I want to understand not just what you’re struggling with, but who you are and what matters to you. Together, we’ll look at the patterns, thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationships that may be contributing to how you’re feeling, while developing practical tools to help you cope and move forward. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable, respected, and actively involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been going on in your life, and what you would like to be different. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll also begin identifying some of the patterns, experiences, or challenges that may be contributing to how you’re feeling and talk about what you hope to get out of therapy. My goal is for our first session to feel like a conversation and the beginning of a collaborative relationship, where you feel heard, respected, and involved in deciding what we work on together.
