Pleasure to meet you!
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 5+ years of psychiatric nursing experience. I first earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services with a minor in Addiction Counseling, and later went on to complete my second Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. This dual background has given me a strong foundation in both behavioral health and medical care, allowing me to take a well-rounded approach to treatment.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for clients across the lifespan — adolescents, adults, and older adults. I specialize in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and substance use concerns, and I have a particular interest in the overlap between mental health and addiction.
I believe the best care is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that may include therapy, medication management, and holistic strategies to support your overall well-being. Above all, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported.
My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and flexible. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model — every individual has their own story, strengths, and needs. I take time to listen and truly understand each client’s experiences, then work with them to create a personalized treatment plan that feels realistic and supportive.
I use evidence-based practices, including medication management, therapy, and holistic strategies, to address mental health concerns in a way that’s tailored to each person.
Above all, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered, understood, and supported as they move toward greater balance and well-being.
Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help each person gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing practical strategies to manage stress, improve mood, and navigate life’s challenges.
Sessions are collaborative — we work together to set realistic, personalized goals that fit your unique needs, whether that involves symptom management, coping skills, building resilience, or improving overall well-being. Clients often leave sessions with a clearer sense of direction, tools to manage daily challenges, and a stronger sense of confidence in their ability to make positive changes.
Above all, my focus is on creating a safe space where clients feel supported and motivated to grow at their own pace.
