I help individuals with navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, faith transitions, and religious trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or their values, and we work together to create meaningful, sustainable change.
I am EMDR trained and draw from attachment-based approaches, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have pursued and continue to pursue specialized training focused on understanding and treating religious trauma.
