Great to meet you!

I’m a queer therapist and a parent, so I understand firsthand how messy, wonderful, and sometimes chaotic life can be. My approach is person-centered, which means I meet you where you are, with compassion and curiosity, and work together to help you make sense of your experiences. I use humor and real-life examples because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time, it can come with those little “aha” moments that shift perspective in meaningful ways. I blend what’s happening in your life with evidence-based strategies, helping you find practical tools that actually fit your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and relatable, drawing from somatic and behavioral interventions to help you navigate those sticky feelings that get in the way of daily life. My goal is to empower you with practical tools and supportive guidance so you can move forward with confidence, self-compassion, and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In the first couple of sessions with me, we’ll focus on getting to know you and your story, your experiences, and what’s brought you to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, validated, and understood, and to begin exploring ways to empower you with tools and insights that help you move forward with confidence.
