Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how to help yourself or your child — no matter what you've already tried — you're not alone, and you don't have to stay that way.

My approach to therapy

I work with children navigating behavior, focus, or ADHD challenges; women managing trauma, stress, or life transitions; and adults who feel stuck in cycles they can't break on their own. My background includes advanced training in trauma, ADHD, and children's emotional development, and my doctoral work in Special Education Leadership gives me a deeper lens into how children learn, feel, and grow.

What you can expect from me

I speak Igbo and offer culturally aware care that honors your values, background, and faith. Virtual sessions are available across Texas — flexible, private, and convenient.
