Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I help teens, adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm with compassion, insight, and practical tools for change. I provide a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported while building healthier relationships, greater emotional resilience, and increased confidence in themselves. Through convenient telehealth services throughout California, I work alongside clients to create meaningful and lasting growth—because you don't have to face life's challenges alone.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in a person-centered foundation, where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, attachment-focused work, EFT, and the Gottman Method, using interventions from these approaches based on what best fits your needs and goals. I focus on helping you build insight, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop practical tools you can use in your daily life. Each session is tailored to you, whether that means processing emotions, improving communication, or learning new coping strategies. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel understood while also being gently challenged to grow and create meaningful change.

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we begin getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll review confidentiality and the therapy process, and start exploring your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences while also making sure you feel comfortable moving at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying initial goals and next steps so you leave with a clear sense of direction. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident about moving forward.
