Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Marisol Arizpe-Fernandez, As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), I am deeply committed to fostering meaningful, compassionate connections with individuals and families navigating life's challenges. My practice is centered on empowering clients to build resilience, strengthen relationships and develop the tools needed to lead a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of approaches; Humanistic approach, Family Systems, Mindfulness-based practices, Play therapy. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process where we work together to achieve therapeutic goals. Parents are an important part of the process when I work with children and adolescents, parents are key in the therapeutic progress.

What you can expect from me

I place a strong emphasis on teamwork, to identify realistic and attainable solutions to bring about constructive change. Additionally, I politely urge clients to identify inconsistencies between their objectives and behavior.
