Great to meet you!

I believe that you are the expert in your own lived experience, and my role is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where we can work together toward your goals. My approach is warm, empathetic, client-centered, and holistic, honoring the connection between mind and body.

Over the past three years in community mental health, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including crisis intervention, stress management, life transitions, trauma, grief, identity exploration, self-compassion, relationship challenges, and building effective coping skills.

I am formally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and I integrate these approaches with motivational interviewing, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness. My background as a Kripalu-trained yoga teacher, Reiki Level I and II practitioner, and my training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping) and Mindful Self-Compassion allow me to offer a flexible, whole-person approach tailored to each client's unique needs.

Whether you're facing a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and move at a pace that feels right for you. I take a holistic approach to care, recognizing the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and values.

Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, processing past experiences, or seeking greater balance and self-understanding, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and more connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship, which is the foundation of meaningful work together. We'll complete an intake assessment, where I'll learn more about your background, current concerns, and what has brought you to therapy at this point in your life. You'll also have the chance to ask questions, share your goals, and get a sense of what it will be like to work together. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of the path ahead.
