Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kripalu-trained yoga teacher, Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, and DBT-trained clinician.

I support individuals in building the skills to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, balance, and self-compassion. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, mood challenges, burnout, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, setting boundaries, trauma, grief, or a harsh inner critic, I provide a warm and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you explore your experiences and develop practical tools for meaningful change.

I believe healing and growth happen through understanding the connection between our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and bodies. I draw from evidence-based therapeutic approaches alongside holistic, mind-body practices to create a personalized approach that honors each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. When aligned with your preferences, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic tools and mind-body practices to support greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll identify the changes you’d like to make, build practical skills to help you navigate challenges, and develop a deeper understanding of the patterns that may be impacting your life.

Above all, I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. My role is to walk alongside you as you develop a deeper connection with yourself, gain clarity about what matters most, and cultivate greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re working toward healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, greater balance, or a more compassionate relationship with yourself, my goal is to help you create meaningful change and move toward a life that feels authentic, grounded, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, inquisitive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be individualized to each client, with care tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. I listen to your story, meet you where you are, and strive to create a safe space where you can explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity. Together, we’ll work toward a deeper understanding of yourself, your emotions, and the patterns that may be impacting your life, while identifying the changes you’d like to make and the skills that can help you navigate challenges with greater confidence.

Whether you’re seeking relief from overwhelming emotions, healthier relationships, greater balance, or a stronger sense of self-compassion, our work will be tailored to you. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling understood, empowered, and equipped to create meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room—moving toward a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling, and authentically aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

The first session is where we begin building the therapeutic relationship—the foundation for effective therapy and one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes. This initial meeting provides an opportunity for us to get to know one another, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying the goals and direction for our work together.
