Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in working with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I take a trauma-informed, relational approach to therapy, meaning our work is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in safety and trust.

Many of the clients I work with identify as high-achieving, emotionally exhausted, or feeling disconnected from themselves after years of putting others first.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, we focus on building self-awareness, developing practical coping tools, and gently exploring how past experiences may be influencing present-day patterns.

My style is warm, authentic, and non-judgmental. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive space where you don’t have to have it all figured out — just a place to start. Together, we’ll work toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure therapy feels like a good fit for you. We’ll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and any current stressors or challenges you’re facing.

There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. I may ask some questions to better understand your background and experiences, but this is not an interrogation — it’s a collaborative conversation.

By the end of the session, we’ll talk about next steps and what ongoing work together might look like, so you can leave with a clearer sense of direction and support.
