Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, life changes, and emotional challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on practical tools that can help you feel more confident and in control of your life. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I take time to understand each client’s experiences, strengths, and goals, and we work together to find strategies that fit their needs. I often help clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, emotional stress, and difficult life changes. I focus on building practical coping skills, improving emotional well-being, and helping clients feel more confident and connected to the life they want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to accomplish. We will talk about your current concerns, your goals, and what has or has not been helpful in the past. We will begin identifying areas to work on together and discuss strategies that may support you moving forward. My goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, and supported as we begin working together.
