Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of experience in psychiatry. I provide holistic, patient-centered care for children, adolescents, and adults—addressing both mental and physical health needs. My approach blends evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, always tailored to each person’s unique story and goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe care should feel personal, supportive, and never rushed. When we work together, my goal is for you to feel truly heard and understood. I take time to learn your story, and together we’ll create a plan that fits your life—not just your diagnosis. My style is warm, open, and collaborative, so you always feel comfortable sharing what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed conversation where you can share your story, your concerns, and what you hope to change or achieve. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being open and honest. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals that fit your life, and I’ll support you in taking practical steps toward feeling better, gaining insight, and building resilience.
