Great to meet you!

Please note: I do not prescribe controlled substances.

You are worth a better tomorrow, and you don’t have to figure everything out alone. I’m a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 16+ years of psychiatric experience, supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, panic, bipolar disorder, PTSD, stress, grief, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to provide care that feels personal—not rushed or impersonal—so you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work toward feeling better.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thorough, personal, and focused on what will help you move forward. I’ll take time to understand your mental health history, current symptoms, goals, and life circumstances before developing an individualized treatment plan. When appropriate, care may include medication management, therapy, and practical strategies tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down and be heard. We’ll talk through your concerns, symptoms, mental health history, previous treatment, and goals. Together, we’ll identify what may be contributing to how you’re feeling and discuss clear next steps. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your options and a plan for moving forward.
