Great to meet you!

I have a bachelor's degree in education and a master's degree in social work. I have worked with children, teens, and families for over 10 years. I am passionate about helping people in their journey to heal, to progress with their goals, and to feel like their best selves. I have received training in CBT, DBT, an Anxiety Certification Course, ADHD Strategies, and more. I have completed the Gottman Level 1 certification and am pursuing the Level 2 training.

My approach to therapy

My approach is very client-centered. I am looking forward to partnering with you as we work through challenges and help you feel empowered and encouraged.
