Great to meet you!

I have been working in mental health for more than 7 years, and as a practicing therapist for more than 2 years. I graduated from the University of Southern California in 2018 with my Master of Social Work. Throughout my career I have focused on working with children, adolescents, and families through a variety of concerns including serious mental illness, to help ease transition and build skills necessary to navigate life successfully.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy building a relationship with my clients, working to develop a partnership in treatment where your goals can be achieved. I meet each client and family where they are, engaging the family unit as a whole to achieve the best outcome for youth and families.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away some sort of homework each session, whether that is an actual written task, something to think about, or a goal to achieve. These are developed collaboratively, where we both agree on the steps for treatment that you will make when not in session.
