Great to meet you!

My journey to becoming a counselor began with a passion for understanding people, relationships, and personal growth. After studying Human Development and Family Science, I pursued graduate training in counseling, where clinical experiences deepened my passion for helping individuals and couples navigate challenges and create meaningful change.

I support adults and couples navigating a variety of life's challenges, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, life transitions, people-pleasing, and identity concerns. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself and others, together we can help you gain clarity, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create healthier patterns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should provide both understanding and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. Using CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients gain insight, develop healthier patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so our first session is simply about creating a safe, comfortable space where you can catch your breath. We will keep things conversational—I’ll share a bit about myself, and you can share what’s on your mind at your own pace. We will touch upon how to help you navigate tough thoughts and reconnect with what matters to you, ensuring you leave our first hour feeling a genuine sense of hope and a gentle direction for our next steps. My goal is for you to walk away from our very first hour feeling lighter, heard, and genuinely hopeful.
