Great to meet you!

I have worked in a variety of settings, including schools (with IEP and ESE populations), low-income communities, community mental health, and private practice. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the diverse challenges individuals and families face. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll gladly help you connect with someone who is.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending several evidence-based methods to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

I often incorporate:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Play Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Relaxation and Mindfulness techniques

Together we’ll create a plan that supports your personal growth and lasting resilience.

What you can expect from me

I’m glad you’re here and taking the first step toward caring for yourself. I believe everyone can benefit from counseling whether to process trauma, navigate a difficult life transition, or practice self-care.

I work with all ages. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and empowering space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. I specialize in helping individuals and families manage anxiety, ADHD, strengthen relationships, and build coping skills for everyday life.

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s okay. Therapy is a process, and I’m here to walk with you each step of the way.
