I am an open-minded, compassionate therapist who provides a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly about the challenges you’re facing. Together, we will identify goals and work toward meaningful change using practical, evidence-based strategies. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and career issues. My primary approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), a goal-oriented, research-supported form of therapy that helps clients develop healthier thought patterns, coping skills, and behaviors. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences.
