Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change. I draw from both past and present experiences to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier patterns, and create a life that feels more authentic and peaceful. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and taking steps toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy begins with understanding the struggles you are experiencing in the present, while sometimes exploring past experiences and relationships to gain insight into current thoughts, feelings, and patterns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, drawing from evidence-based strategies to support each client’s unique needs. I specialize in supporting clients with anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, emotion regulation, relationship challenges, and unhelpful thinking patterns. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin getting to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we will begin identifying goals for therapy and developing a plan that feels meaningful and supportive for your needs. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and encouraged about the path ahead.
