Great to meet you!

I have spent over a decade supporting clients on their journeys of self-improvement and personal growth. As a clinical social worker, I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings. I value building strong, trusting relationships that create a safe space for clients to address challenges, reduce symptoms, and improve overall life satisfaction. I am passionate about helping people navigate difficult times and emerge stronger and more resilient.

My approach to therapy

I strive to help clients feel at ease, understood, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. By fostering strong connections grounded in empathy, active listening, and appropriate humor, I create a positive and collaborative working relationship.

My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, school-related challenges, life transitions, stress, and relationship issues. I work collaboratively with clients to help them build skills, gain insight, and make meaningful progress toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and review relevant background information. Together, we’ll identify areas you’d like to improve, as well as recognize strengths and aspects of your life that are going well.

In ongoing sessions, you can expect a structured yet supportive space to work through the concerns that matter most to you. I provide practical tools and strategies to help you make meaningful progress. Throughout the process, my goal is for you to feel understood, encouraged, and steadily moving toward your goals.
