Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed counselor in Pennsylvania, Florida and Connecticut. I use a collaborative, client-centered approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have worked in nearly every level of care since I began practicing in 2011, which has given me a broad range of experience with many different issues.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients struggling with unhelpful or painful thoughts, feelings or memories, and who feel anxious or uncertain of how to handle or let them go. My goal is for clients to feel more present, connected and confident; living a life that's more aligned with their personal values. I have had the privilege of being a therapist for 15 years with experience including anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues. Self worth, relational challenges and navigating stress are important areas I tend to focus on improving with clients.

What you can expect from me

I make an intentional effort to fit treatment to the needs and wants of each individual so getting started will focus on learning more about you and what you want to work on. I know that reaching out can be challenging or intimidating. I also know that you are worthy and deserving of having a safe space to share and process. I currently have virtual daytime openings available.
