Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating grief, stress, and big life transitions. I tend to work well with people who are emotionally exhausted, used to holding it together for everyone else, or feeling stuck even though they’re “functioning.” I aim to make therapy feel approachable, supportive, and very human.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and realistic. I don’t believe in forcing positivity or rushing the process. We focus on understanding what’s actually going on, making sense of your experiences, and building coping tools that work in real life—not just in theory.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, collaborative relationship that feels genuine and grounded. Sessions are conversational and thoughtful, with space to process what’s coming up while also building practical tools you can use outside of therapy. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, with no pressure to have everything figured out.
