Great to meet you!

From an early age, I have been deeply aware of the profound impact that empathy, understanding, and active listening can have on a person’s life. Witnessing how compassionate guidance can help individuals navigate challenges inspired my commitment to pursue a career in counseling. I believe that every person carries a unique story, and within each story lies the potential for growth, healing, and transformation.

My approach to therapy

My primary therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), guiding clients to examine and challenge unhelpful thought patterns in order to create meaningful behavioral change.

What you can expect from me

With over 25 years of experience in both outpatient and residential settings, I have had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, each with unique challenges and strengths. My career has been driven by a deep belief in the human capacity for change and resilience, even in the face of significant adversity.

Counseling, for me, is more than a profession; it is a lifelong commitment to fostering hope, resilience, and self-discovery. I look forward to continuing to use my experience, skills, and compassion to help individuals create the changes they wish to see in their lives. I look forward to working with you, contact me now for an appointment.
